P0152 - O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
The Technical Definition: The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the voltage signal from the upstream oxygen sensor on Bank 2 has remained too high for an extended period.
Common Symptoms: Symptoms include an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL), poor engine performance, and the engine running rough or rich.
Typical Fix: Replace the Bank 2, Sensor 1 oxygen sensor. However, especially on newer models, you should always check the vehicle's charging system and look for any required PCM software updates before replacing the sensor.
